  • Normally < 75% loan to value
  • The borrower must be a corporate vehicle (SPVs) which means Limited Companies (Ltds) or Designated Activity Companies (DACs) – we don’t broker personal lending to acquire commercial properties
  • Exit is typically selling the property or refinancing
  • This type of bridging finance can be expensive but also can make sense as part of a bigger picture in order to get you from where you are to where you need to get to – useful for debt settlement and other transactions
